Fees for services are not cancelable or refundable, even if service is terminated before the materials are complete. Writing fees include preparation of a first draft and three editing sessions prior to final copy. Final proofreading is the client’s responsibility. The client hereby agrees that any inaccurate information in the resume or other materials provided to the client by Maria Santiago is not her responsibility and that the client had an opportunity to review and approve the content via drafts. The client’s purchase certifies the understanding and agreement of the above-mentioned content.
