What is your turnaround time?
Please allow 10 business days from the time you purchase your resume package and provide us with your career history to the delivery of the first draft of your resume. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee and can be discussed during your initial strategy call.
Can I ask for a revision?
The modification time frame of resume writing is a collaborative effort and a very important part of the process and we’ll work together to fine-tune the content and design. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the first drafts of your resume before the final version is submitted to you.
How can I communicate with you once you start working on my resume?

What method of payment may I use?
You may submit your credit card payment online via our secure gateway or you may use Zelle.

We have a policy of never disclosing our clients’ personal information to third parties. We are a paperless company that uses a secure cloud-based system to secure your personal information.
